Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital access and immediate delivery

MrKrox packages provide digital access for one selected Community. Verified Ko-fi purchases are normally activated automatically and manual purchases are activated after verification. By continuing to payment, you request delivery as soon as verification completes. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

2. Before access is activated

If a payment cannot be matched and no access has been granted, contact us promptly. We will either correct the match, request the information needed for safe fulfilment, or arrange a refund where fulfilment is not possible.

3. Refund requests

Submit a request within 14 days of purchase whenever possible. Include the Ko-fi transaction reference, payer email, Community, package, and reason. We review accidental duplicate payments, incorrect amounts, failed activation, material service defects, unauthorized transactions, and purchases made in error.

Where access was correctly delivered and used, a change-of-mind refund may be limited or unavailable to the extent permitted by law, especially after immediate digital performance began with the buyer's request. If mandatory law provides a withdrawal, conformity, or refund right, that right prevails.

4. Recurring memberships

You can cancel future Ko-fi membership renewals through Ko-fi or the connected payment provider. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally refund the current paid period; MrKrox access continues until its paid-through date and any displayed grace period. Contact us if a renewal occurred after a valid cancellation or was charged incorrectly.

5. Lifetime and fixed-duration packages

Fixed-duration and Lifetime packages begin when activated. Lifetime means the operational lifetime of MrKrox for the selected Community. Refund requests for these packages are assessed under the same rules above, including actual delivery, usage, defects, duplicate payment, and mandatory consumer law.

6. Rewards and manual payment methods

Points redemptions are not cash purchases. If a redemption is rejected before access is granted, the points are returned. For crypto, Gold Bricks, UR Gifts, or another manual method, agree the exact Community, package, value, and delivery terms with the developer before transferring anything. Blockchain and in-game transfers may be irreversible; no access exists until verification.

7. Refund effects

A confirmed refund or chargeback may revoke the access, entitlement time, and purchase-related reward points created by that payment. It does not intentionally delete unrelated Community data. Duplicate refunds or retention of both refunded access and its rewards are not permitted.

8. How refunds are issued

Ko-fi does not issue refunds on MrKrox's behalf. Approved Ko-fi refunds are returned through the payment provider used for the original transaction where possible. Processing time after approval depends on that provider. Never send card numbers, passwords, wallet seed phrases, or other payment credentials to MrKrox.

This policy covers MrKrox access transactions, not purchases from Joy Store. The seller handles its own payments, delivery, cancellations, and refund requests. Ask the seller for its written terms before paying. If a gift purchased there was later accepted toward MrKrox access, contact MrKrox about that access separately; buying the gift alone does not activate a package. Mandatory consumer rights and any non-excludable obligations remain unaffected.

9. Contact

Email MrKrox on Discord, message MrKrox on Discord, or use the feedback page. We aim to acknowledge payment issues within a reasonable time, but do not promise a fixed response time.
