Accounts & privacy2
Why can’t I see my Community?
Sign in with the account that owns or has joined it. Communities are private, not publicly listed. If it is still missing, ask its owner to check your invitation and membership.
Why can’t I open a management page?
Community roles and platform management permissions are separate. Ask the relevant owner or administrator to check your access; signing in alone does not grant management permissions.
Discord & connections3
Can I use email login and Discord on the same account?
Yes. Connect them from your existing account instead of creating a second account, so your memberships and permissions stay together.
Do I need Discord to use the website?
No. Discord is optional. A standalone Community can use the website; Discord-only features require a working connection.
What happens if I remove the Discord bot?
Discord synchronization stops. Permanent Free access remains; removing or reconnecting the bot does not activate Premium.
Tools & game data4
Why is a tool missing for my game?
Each game has its own tools, guides and data. Open its game space to check what is available or in preparation. Tools from another game are not automatically included.
Why are my uploaded results not in a report yet?
Only confirmed readings are used in contribution reports. Check the upload draft and ask authorized Community staff to review it. Missing data is not automatically a zero or an absence.
Where do I find report exports?
Open Alliance Evidences → Statistics → Export reports & statistics. Available actions depend on your permissions and Community access.
Is Last War Game Intel live data?
No. It shows recorded observations. Check the observation date; requesting new data does not guarantee an immediate update.
Access & rewards3
Why did my Personal upgrade not change Community access?
Personal access belongs to your account; Community access belongs to the selected Community. Check the correct scope under Access & plans or Personal access in your account.
Why can’t I spend pending points?
Pending points have not passed the required checks. Only available points can be used for eligible rewards; your account shows the balances separately.
Where can I check payment options before upgrading?
Open Payment methods on the Community or Personal plans page. Confirm the selected plan and payment details with MrKrox before sending a manual payment.
Orders & support2
Who should I contact about a Joy Store order?
Contact Joy directly through Joy Store. Its Last War: Survival orders and delivery are separate from MrKrox account and Community access.
What should I include when reporting a problem?
Include the page, game, Community, steps to reproduce, expected result and approximate time. Blur private information in screenshots. Never send passwords, tokens or payment credentials.

How do I add MrKrox to my server?
Use Add to Discord on mrkrox.online or the invite link in /info. You need Manage Server permission. Free access is permanent and there is no trial period. Connecting or reconnecting Discord does not grant Premium. Eligible Free organization, manual/text evidence and basic statistics remain available; advanced screenshot/video processing, exports and Battle Plan maps require the appropriate Premium upgrade.
How do I access my Community?
Sign in at mrkrox.online with Discord or email/password, then open Your Communities. Create a standalone Community, accept an invitation or use your existing membership. Private tools depend on Community roles, enabled modules and applicable access, not just Discord staff roles. There is no public Community directory.
Can I do everything with slash commands?
No. Alliance Evidences imports, draft review, statistics, absences, reports and exports are web-first workflows. The bot provides supported Discord commands and delivery; /help lists them. Shared records stay synchronized where supported, but the website and bot do not expose identical interfaces or every feature.
How do I get verified (R4) in my alliance's server?
Link your UID and nickname using /profile link or Community Profiles. A supported automatic name match can approve your profile; unavailable or mismatched checks need staff review. Then use /r4verify and choose your alliance. R4 requests always require moderator review; profile approval alone does not grant R4.
What is alliance check-in?
The configured Alliance Check-in workflow shows weekly progress and supported reward tiers. Verified members can use its Check In action in Discord or the connected Community workspace when the integration is available. A failed provider check is not a successful check-in. Follow the current interface for eligibility and progress.
What are short links?
Authorized staff can manage mrkrox.online/{code} links using /shortlink or Community Short Links. Supported Discord invite links can assign a configured role when the bot has the required permissions. Link analytics and growth analytics are separate; growth measurement is opt-in and does not identify alliance members.
How do I set my timezone?
Use /timezone for supported Discord workflows. Discord timestamp displays follow your client timezone; website dates follow the settings and labels of the relevant tool. Weekly evidence keeps its selected upload/event date, and weekly cumulative totals appear under Weekly rather than being reassigned to Monday.
How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?
Use /feedback or mrkrox.online/feedback. Include the affected Community and feature, expected and actual behavior, approximate time and a screenshot when useful. Never send passwords, tokens, keys or unnecessary private member data. Support channels depend on configuration.
Can I use MrKrox for more than one Community?
Yes. Community memberships, configuration and private operational records are scoped to each Community. Accounts and personal tools can be shared across your memberships; public guides and configured integrations are not necessarily Community-specific. Each private workspace still requires authorization.
What permissions does the bot need?
Permissions depend on enabled features: View Channel, Send Messages and Embed Links for messages; Manage Roles for role workflows; Manage Messages or Ban/Kick Members for moderation. Keep the bot role above roles it manages. The default invite requests explicit feature permissions, not Administrator. Private channels still need appropriate permission overrides. Existing server roles are not automatically changed.
Where can I get more help?
Use the official MrKrox support server linked from /info and the website Contact page, or /feedback. The website FAQ explains permanent Free access, Premium upgrades, evidence confirmation and statistics. Missing evidence is not automatically zero or absence, and weekly totals do not prove individual daily minimums.
