Part of every Community’s foundation.
Alliance Evidences is a Foundation module whose availability follows the same active Community access rules as Profiles and Alliance Power. Automatic reading is optional; staff reviews and confirms results before they enter contribution reports.
One page per week
Keep daily and event evidence inside its weekly page, including uploads for earlier weeks. Edit records and pages, or remove them with a recoverable archive.
Players, ranks & core positions
Import members by name and R1–R5 rank. View the R5 leader, Warlord, Recruiter, Muse and Butler above rank-grouped member lists. Power and online status from Member List screenshots are ignored.
Connected contribution profiles
Create a contribution profile for each player and retain their confirmed history. Unique names and aliases can link to Alliance Power and configured profiles; special characters are preserved and ambiguous matches need review. A configured profile is not required.
Contribution statistics
Review overall participation and recorded results across enabled categories. Compare selected and previous periods, search members, and open the source evidence without counting missing data as zero.
Requirements & rank review
Configure VS and donation minima, participation requirements and optional scoring. Review targets met, shortfalls and insufficient data. Staff recommendations do not change in-game ranks automatically.
Absence records
Record announced time away by start date and number of days. Keep notes and see overdue absences without treating missing evidence as a confirmed absence.
Train-priority proposals
Select a proposal for 1–7 days and open it in Train Schedules. Edit conductor names, including weekend replacements, before saving or generating the schedule image.
Optional Discord announcement
Send one announcement with the link when a weekly page is created, explaining that evidence will be added there. Later additions do not send repeated notifications.
Examples & private review
Use event-specific upload examples with an inline media viewer. Sources, drafts and player records stay within the Community’s delegated access permissions.
Evidence for the activities you track
VS, donations, Desert Storm, Canyon Storm, kills, Sky Predator (Alliance Challenge), Alliance Exercise (Marshal) and Zombie Siege.
Reports use the relevant points, damage, waves, participation or MVP distinctions for each activity. Daily and weekly cumulative readings are not added together. Marshal auto-rally participation is recorded as absent; unreadable or missing results remain unknown.
